Where is the UAMS Health MyChart sign in?
The live UAMS Health MyChart sign in is at mychart.uamshealth.com. Proxy requests and invitations are made by people with their own account there, so start by signing in or creating your own account.
What UAMS Health publishes about proxy access
Each point below comes from the UAMS Health page linked under it, read on November 7, 2026. Where the wording matters, the page is quoted as published.
For patients 11 and under, a requester with a UAMS MyChart account uses the Request Proxy section in the MyChart menu and the link for ages 11 and under.
In the Request Proxy section, click on the link that says, “For ages 11 and under click here”.
Requesters who are not UAMS patients use the Request Proxy Access for a Minor link on mychart.uamshealth.com.
Click on “Request Proxy Access for a Minor”.
Approval of a request can take up to 3 business days.
Once you submit your request, it can take up to 3 business days for your request to be approved.
For patients 12 or older, access must be granted by the patient through MyChart, not by the requester.
Access must be granted through Mychart by the 12 or older patient.
What Sahara helps with
Sahara does not create or approve proxy access, and it cannot get around a decision UAMS Health makes. That stays with UAMS Health.
Once you can sign in to MyChart, Sahara is a free, read-only view of the record you are authorized to see, with general education from MedlinePlus for supported medications, labs and conditions, in English and Spanish. You connect through the MyChart authorization page and can disconnect at any time. Sahara does not give medical advice or interpret results.
Before you act
Policies change, and UAMS Health decides what it accepts. Confirm on its own page or with its MyChart support before acting on anything here. Synodha is not affiliated with UAMS Health, and UAMS Health has not reviewed this page.
