Saathi is being positioned as EHR-agnostic. A deployment could use authorized APIs, governed feeds, a data warehouse, or an enterprise integration layer, subject to the organization's architecture and controls.
Does Saathi replace clinical judgment or guarantee reimbursement?
No. Saathi is intended to support operational workflows and accountable human review. It does not replace clinical judgment and Synodha does not claim billing accuracy, reimbursement eligibility, or clinical outcomes.
