This page covers www.synodha.com. The Sahara app handles consumer health data and is governed by its own policy, which is the authoritative document for anything the app does.

The app policy governs the app.
Sahara publishes a Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covering what it processes, why, how long it keeps it and how to have it deleted. That document is authoritative; nothing on this page overrides it, and we deliberately do not restate it here so the two cannot drift apart.
This website
What www.synodha.com collects.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That sets analytics cookies and shares usage data with Google. There are no advertising trackers, no accounts, no logins and no payment details. The site does now hold names, because the enterprise interest form asks for one; that form is described below.
This website never receives health information. Connecting a health record happens inside the Sahara app on a separate host; no record data reaches this site at any point.
Writing to support@synodha.com means we hold your email address and the contents of your message for as long as needed to answer it. Please do not include medical details in support mail.
The caregiver updates list
If you give us your email address.
There are three forms on this site. The home page has a field for choosing your hospital, which carries only what you type into the Sahara app and stores nothing here. The second is the caregiver updates form, described in this section, and if you use it we store your email address so we can send you the updates described beside it. The third is the enterprise interest form, described in the next section, which is for health systems rather than for caregivers and is stored separately.
We collect the address and nothing else. We do not collect your name, who you care for, any condition, or any health information. This list is part of this website. It is separate from Sahara and is never joined to health record data.
Until 21 September 2026 this list was operated for us by MailerLite, an email marketing service. It is not any more. Your address is stored by us, on the server that serves this website, and it is not sent to an email marketing service. Nothing was carried over: that list held no addresses other than our own, so there was nothing to move.
We add the address when you submit the form. We do not send a confirmation email first, and we would rather say that than describe a step that does not happen: the previous version of this page said you would receive one, and because the form was misconfigured nobody ever did. Every update we send will carry a way to come off the list, and you can write to support@synodha.com at any time to see what we hold or to have your address deleted. We do not sell the address and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
The enterprise interest form
If you write to us about a workflow.
The interest form on the agent pages, the enterprise evaluation guides, the health systems page and the contact page asks for your name, work email, organization, role, and a description of the workflow you want to improve. We store exactly those fields, plus the page you submitted from and the time, so that a person can read it and reply.
This one is not a mailing list and it is not sent to an email-marketing service. It is stored by us, on the server that serves this website, and it is used only to answer you. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and we do not add you to the caregiver updates list.
Please do not put patient information in the workflow box. It is a free-text field and we would rather say plainly that it is the wrong place for it than rely on you not to. If you want your submission deleted, write to support@synodha.com and we will remove it.
Requests
Access and deletion.
Sahara includes an in-app control that deletes your stored data. For any other request, write to support@synodha.com and say what you want accessed or removed.
