The app policy governs the app.
Sahara publishes a Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covering what it processes, why, how long it keeps it and how to have it deleted. That document is authoritative; nothing on this page overrides it, and we deliberately do not restate it here so the two cannot drift apart.
This website
What www.synodha.com collects.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That sets analytics cookies and shares usage data with Google. There are no advertising trackers, no accounts and no logins, and the site collects no names or payment details.
This website never receives health information. Connecting a health record happens inside the Sahara app on a separate host; no record data reaches this site at any point.
Writing to support@synodha.com means we hold your email address and the contents of your message for as long as needed to answer it. Please do not include medical details in support mail.
The caregiver updates list
If you give us your email address.
There are two forms on this site. The home page has a field for choosing your hospital, which carries only what you type into the Sahara app and stores nothing here. The other is the caregiver updates form, and if you use it we store your email address so we can send you the updates described beside it.
We collect the address and nothing else. We do not collect your name, who you care for, any condition, or any health information. This list is part of this website. It is separate from Sahara and is never joined to health record data.
The list is operated for us by MailerLite, which processes and stores the address on our behalf. MailerLite states that its data storage centre is in the European Union and holds an ISO 27001 information security certificate. The MailerLite entity contracting with us is MailerLite, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States, so your address is stored and processed outside India.
You confirm the address before we add it, by clicking a link in an email we send you. If you do not confirm, we do not add you and the address is discarded. You can unsubscribe from any message, and you can write to support@synodha.com to see what we hold or to have your address deleted. We do not sell the address and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Requests
Access and deletion.
Sahara includes an in-app control that deletes your stored data. For any other request, write to support@synodha.com and say what you want accessed or removed.
