The design constraint
A qualified person owns every decision.
The agents prepare; they do not decide. Every output is built to be reviewed by the person accountable for it, and nothing is structured to make that review a formality. In care operations the failure mode that matters is a plausible output nobody checked, so the software is shaped to keep the check meaningful.
They are EHR-agnostic and work over data the organization already has authorization to use. They are live across three enterprise deployments.

What we do not claim.
No EHR vendor endorsement. No regulatory compliance certification. No guarantee of billing accuracy or reimbursement eligibility. No autonomous clinical decision-making. No claimed improvement in clinical outcomes. Where a vendor would normally assert one of those, we would rather say we have not established it.
