The live HonorHealth MyChart sign in is at mychart.honorhealth.com. Proxy requests and invitations are made by people with their own account there, so start by signing in or creating your own account.
What HonorHealth publishes about proxy access

For children up to age 18, parents request proxy access by completing the Request for MyChart Child Proxy Form (PDF).
For children up to the age of 18, you can request proxy access to view their MyChart account by completing the Request for MyChart Child Proxy Form (PDF).
For an adult, once the patient agrees, the proxy can gain access through MyChart or by following the Request for MyChart Adult Proxy Form instructions.

For access via MyChart, both the proxy and the patient need active MyChart accounts, and the patient sets it up through the Sharing Hub.
