What Henry Ford Health publishes about proxy access

For a minor age 0 to 13, a parent or guardian can view and act fully on behalf of the child in MyChart.
For a minor (age 0 to 13 years): a parent or guardian is able to view and act fully on behalf of the child within MyChart.
For a minor age 14 to 17, a parent or guardian may only request appointments and view billing information, per Michigan minor consent laws.

Patients 18 and older must grant proxy access to family members through MyChart, using the Sharing Hub invite.
